PLEASE NOTE: Once a tracking number has been created for your order, your order cannot be cancelled.
We process returns for a refund or exchanges only for the following items and in the following circumstances:
- You ship the item to us with a postmark or shipping date within 14 days of receiving your order.
- The item is a clothing item such as a t-shirt, pants, or sweater. ALL OTHER ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND NOT ELIGIBLE TO BE RETURNED FOR A REFUND OR EXCHANGED. Items otherwise marked as “FINAL SALE” are not eligible to be returned for a refund or exchanged.
- Items that are on sale are not eligible to be returned or exchanged.
- Items returned to us must (1) have an associated receipt, (2) be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and (3) be in the original packaging. Additionally, you must obtain a return authorization number from us by contacting us at (626) 286-8328 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
- You may be eligible only for a partial refund if the item is (1) returned more than 14 days after you receive it, (2) not in its original condition, or (3) is damaged or missing parts and the damage was not due to our error. The amount of the partial refund will be determined by us in our reasonable discretion.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. It will be returned to you.
Refunds (if applicable)
If you are seeking a return for a refund, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or your original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:
1. Double check your bank account.
2. Contact your credit card company—sometimes there is a delay before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We will exchange an item for different size. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged through no fault of our own. If you need a replacement, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and you may send your item to 4800 Azusa Canyon Road, Irwindale CA 91706 Attn: Returns Dept.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs, including when you return an item to us and when we ship a replacement or exchange item to you. We do not refund shipping costs unless (1) we shipped the wrong item, (2) we failed to ship your order at all, or (3) something was damaged in transit because we packed it improperly. If you receive a refund, we will refund the cost of the item plus tax, but not the original cost of shipping.
Depending on where you live, the time may take your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
