All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday 8am – 2pm. Except on holidays.

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. You may track your order using our “Track your order” feature located under “The Rooster Room” tab.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your items and location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. We may choose to change your shipping service at our discretion.
We ship domestically only. (USA only, no international shipping.)
PLEASE NOTE: Once orders have been shipped out of our facility, please contact your local USPS/UPS for any issues that may occur during transit.
